MEGANE PRINCE was born in Hokkaido, Japan, and has been supported by customers in Japan for many years. Building on that experience, we began our expansion into Vietnam in 2015.
Today, we operate stores mainly in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Danang, providing Japanese-quality eye examinations, lens processing and heartfelt service.
The Journey of MEGANE PRINCE
First overseas store
In October, we opened our first store in Vietnam at AEON Mall Long Bien in Hanoi.
Expansion into southern Vietnam begins
In July, we opened our first Ho Chi Minh City store at AEON Mall Binh Tan, followed by our second store at AEON Mall Tan Phu Celadon in September.
First store in former Binh Duong Province
In November, we opened our first store in former Binh Duong Province at AEON Mall Binh Duong Canary.
10 stores in Vietnam
As brand awareness grew, we expanded our store network to serve more customers across Vietnam.
First store in Hai Phong
In March, we opened our first store in Hai Phong City at AEON Mall Hai Phong Le Chan.
First stores in central Vietnam and the Mekong Delta
In September, we opened our first store in Hue City at AEON Mall Hue. We also entered Can Tho City, expanding our store network from north to south.
First stores in Hung Yen and Tay Ninh
In August, we opened our first store in Hung Yen Province at Vincom Ocean City. In October, we opened our first store in Tay Ninh Province at AEON SC Tan An.
Expansion into Danang and other new areas
We will continue opening stores in major regional cities, aiming to build a 30-store network in Vietnam.
